There is much in nature that reveals information about the One who made it. In fact, if you look close enough, you might find He revealed what He has been planning all along.
The world today seems cloaked with a somber spirit. As our values have slowly eroded, our nation has become morally bankrupt. According to scripture, God takes notice of these things. It tells us how He responded to similar situations in the past and what He expects of His people today.
The people of Jesus’ time had certain expectations about what the Messiah should be. These ideas were based on what THEY wanted Him to be. But the savior Jesus became did not match these expectations. Do we ever consider what He expects of us?
As we attempted to remove the leavening from our houses this week, we also understand that we are to incorporate the (unleavened) body of Jesus Christ into our bodies - that He is the source of new life. But accepting this new life requires more than just believing…it requires doing.

All that is needed to understand who God is and what He requires of us has been revealed. Everyone has access to this information, but not all believe it. And Faith is more than believing, it is a decision based on evidence. Faith is what you do with the evidence given to you.
Most of our actions are focused on achieving a specific goal. But HOW we do things reveals much about our character and values. Our behavior shows what kind of people we really are. As we live our lives, what messages do we display with our actions?
